Stephen M. Dell, LEED GA President/CEO
Mr. Dell began his professional career as a city planner working for consulting firms in western Pennsylvania after receiving his Masters Degree in Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Pittsburgh.
Later, he became the Deputy Director of a six-county planning and economic development commission. Here he was involved in utilizing various energy sources as mechanisms for economic development.
Mr. Dell and his family then relocated to the Susquehanna Valley where he began a second career – in business development for several different architectural and engineering firms. Eventually, he returned to his planning roots and worked in real estate development for local and regional developers.
Based on 20+ years of experience, he started his own company – offering sales and business development services. |
